Culinary Art Exhibition 2010
Once again the dedicated Chefs Guild of Lanka (CGL) presents their biggest culinary event in Sri Lanka.

Taking place at BMICH Colombo from the 5th to 8th February it will demonstratethe talents of many Sri Lankan Chefs from all around the world. A few of the coveted trophies comprises of the best artistic pastry show piece, best creative coffee and the Most Outstanding Hotel.
Celebrity chef the president of CGL, Chef Gerard Mendis kindly shared some valuable information with us. He mentions that this would be the finest opportunity for chefs to show off their star class culinary talents.
