Chef Pubilis, who has been cooking for Sri Lankans for the past
50 years, is probably the most knowledgeable in Sri Lankan cuisine.
Cooking with him will not only give you the knowledge to recreate
the classic Sri Lankan dishes, but also an experience of real,
traditional Sri Lankan hospitality with all its warmth.
Chef Pubilis will first begin his program with an introduction
to the 32 most popular spices, herbs and ingredients used
in Sri Lankan cooking. He will cook with you eight different
