Day – Monday |
| Your
first cooking lesson will take place. Your first lesson of the
day would include an introduction to the basics in Sri Lankan
cooking, followed by a full-course Sri Lankan meal. Your second
lesson of the day would be on gourmet seafood cuisine. |

You will breakfast at the hotel |
| |

| ii. |
Your first culinary program will commence at 9.00
AM. This will include an introduction to the basics in Sri Lanka
cooking before proceeding into the preparation of your first
Sri Lankan meal. (Please select the appropriate date on the
calendar to view the meal you would be preparing.) The chef
will welcome you and present you with the bojoon.com apron and
booklet of all the recipes you would be preparing on your tour. |

After the lunch you prepared, relax by the terrace
or work on a lovely tan by the beach. |

| iv. |
You will be picked up by your chauffeur-guide
and taken to Cinnamon Grand for your gourmet seafood cuisine program. This culinary
program will include: |

An
introduction to all the seafood, condiments, spices and
other ingredients used to cook different seafood dishes |
| |
|
| b. |
An
introduction to different styles of cooking seafood. You
will learn the best cooking method to bring out the best
in each different type of seafood |

| c. |
A
meal where you will decide on the menu and prepare |
| |
|
|
| v. |
You will be brought back to the hotel. |
