Day – Friday |
| The
trip back to Colombo involves two stops – one to a spice
garden, where you will be introduced to the various spices and
basic herbal remedies. The other stop is to the elephant orphanage. |

You will have an early breakfast at
the hotel, before proceeding to Colombo |
| |

| ii. |
Your first stop will be at a spice garden, where
you may buy the spices or oils. (Please note that the spices
and oils are not included in the tour price.) |

The next stop is at the elephant orphanage, where
while enjoying a lunch, you can watch the elephants bathing
in the river below. After lunch, you can go and watch the baby-elephants
been fed. |

After the visit to the elephant orphanage, you
will be taken directly to Hotel Mount Lavinia. |

In the late afternoon, you will be picked up for
a drive in the city. One of the stops would be at the Crescat
Boulevard, a shopping mall, where you can get a well-tailored
suit in 24 hours at Almas, buy books on cookery and any other
subject from Vijitha Yapa and enjoy the most delectable cakes
from Cravings. The next stop would be at the Galle
Face and dinner at the Curry Leaf, Colombo Hilton. The day
will end with a tour on the city night life. If discotheques
and nightclubs are not your thing, then enjoy the live band
at the Colombo Hilton, while trying out their great cocktails.
The Thorana Lounge at the Colombo Hilton serves the best Irish
Coffee in town. |
