Day – Monday |
| Your
first cooking lesson will take place, with an introduction to
the basics in Sri Lankan cooking. After preparing and enjoying
the full-course lunch, the itinerary of the day would include
a visit to the museum, and to some of the best crockery shops
in town. |

You will breakfast at the hotel |

| ii. |
Your first culinary program will commence at 9.00
AM. This will include an introduction to the basics in Sri Lanka
cooking before proceeding into the preparation of your first
Sri Lankan meal. (Please select the appropriate date on the
calendar to view the meal you would be preparing.) The chef
will welcome you and present you with the bojoon.com apron and
booklet of all the recipes you would be preparing on your tour.

After your first cooking experience, you will be
picked by your chauffeur-guide to visit the museum. |

| iv. |
From the museum, you will be taken to Colombo Hilton
to have tea at the Thorana Lounge. Sip your tea while enjoying
the sight of the swans and the ducks swimming by in the picturesque
pond. |

| v. |
Your chauffeur-guide will then take you to some
of the best crockery shops in town. Your first stop will be
at Odel Unlimited. Here, besides the stylish crockery, you will
also find exclusive designer labels, varieties of tea, scented
soaps and candles, books, wines, toys and many more. Your next
stop will be to Noritake, where you will find designs to match
your many moods. Your final stop will be at Paradise Road, where
you will find the most contemporary designs in crockery and
other home-ware. |

End your shopping spree for the day with dinner
at Gallery
Café. |

You will be brought back to the hotel. |
