Whip cream until fluffy. Refrigerate. |

Whisk egg whites while gradually adding sugar until a stiff meringue forms. |

Mix egg yolks with the cream and fold into the meringue. Use a wide spatula to incorporate air into this mixture. Divide equally into two bowls. |

Melt dark chocolate on top of the hot water. Add to one of the bowls. Repeat for white chocolate and add that into the remaining bowl. |

Mix brandy to dark chocolate and gelatin to the white chocolate. Refrigerate. |

Dilute orange cordial with orange juice. Add sugar and thicken with corn flour. |

Dilute strawberry topping with water. Add sugar and thicken with corn flour. If color turns muddy, add a drop of coloring. |

Place a scoop of dark chocolate mousse and a scoop of white chocolate mousse on the serving plate. Drizzle sauces around it. Serve immediately. |
