Preheat the oven at 3250F. |

Scrape the coconut and put into a bowl. |

Take a fistful of the scraped coconut and squeeze until milk oozes out. Collect the milk in a saucepan. Repeat with all the scraped coconut. |

Add the jaggery and sugar into the milk and bring to boil. Add the salt. |

Add the scraped coconut into the mixture and cook until sticky. Remove from fire. |

Add the flour and mix well. |

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. |

Bake until skewer comes out clean. |
