Boil milk and sugar together and add the egg yolks |

Remove from fire as soon as the mixture starts to boil again |

Add the gelatin and allow to cool |

Add curd, passion fruit juice and mix well |

Make the meringue by first beating the egg whites and sugar until thick |

Add the whipping cream into the meringue mixture |

Mix the meringue mixture into the passion fruit mixture and spoon into a mould and refrigerate. Once set, remove from mould and decorate with fresh passion fruit seeds |
