Fried Chicken
This is a typical accompaniment to the mutton biriyani during the Eid-ul-Fitr festival. |

3 tbsp tamarind |

¼ tsp turmeric powder |

1 tbsp chili powder |

1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper |

Oil for frying |

- Mix chicken with all ingredients and par-boil.
- Heat the oil and deep fry.
