Mint Sambol
This is a typical accompaniment to the mutton biriyani during the Eid-ul-Fitr festival.
 
Ingredients
1. 30 - 40 mint leaves
2. 10 - 12 green chilies
3. 2 tsp sugar
4. ½ freshly grated coconut
5. 3 cloves garlic
6. ½" ginger
7. 3 red onions
8. Lime and salt to taste
 
Serves 8 - 10
 
  1. Grind all to a fine paste.
