Mint Sambol
This is a typical accompaniment to the mutton biriyani during the Eid-ul-Fitr festival. |

30 - 40 mint leaves |

10 - 12 green chilies |

2 tsp sugar |

½ freshly grated coconut |
| 5. |
3 cloves garlic |
| 6. |
½" ginger |
| 7. |
3 red onions |
| 8. |
Lime and salt to taste |

- Grind all to a fine paste.
