Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
1.

1 Mango

2. 100 ml curd or yoghurt
3. 2 tbsp bee's honey
4. 1" ginger
Serves 1  
 
  1. Using a sharp knife, slice off the mango ‘cheeks’ lengthwise – along the mango’s stone.
  2. On the mango flesh run the knife lengthwise taking care to cut only through the flesh and not the skin. Repeat on the opposite direction.
  3. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  4. Grate the ginger.
  5. Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
