1 Mango |

100 ml curd or yoghurt |

2 tbsp bee's honey |

1" ginger |

- Using a sharp knife, slice off the mango ‘cheeks’ lengthwise – along the mango’s stone.
- On the mango flesh run the knife lengthwise taking care to cut only through the flesh and not the skin. Repeat on the opposite direction.
- Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- Grate the ginger.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
